PLATEAUS + INTELLIGENT ADJUSTMENTS
How to respond calmly and strategically when progress slows.
Plateaus & Intelligent Adjustments
A plateau is feedback — not failure.
This system uses data to determine whether adjustments are required.
Progress is evaluated over time, not daily fluctuations.

What Is Not a Plateau
The following do not require immediate changes:
• 1–3 days of scale increase
• Post high-sodium meals
• Cycle-related water retention
• Temporary stress spikes
• Short-term digestive shifts
These are normal fluctuations.
––––––––––––––
What May Indicate a True Plateau
Consider review if there is:
• No downward trend over 10–14 days
• Consistent adherence to the plan
• Stable hydration
• Stable cycle phase
• No major lifestyle disruptions
Only after consistency is confirmed do we assess adjustments.

Before Adjusting
Review:
• Meal spacing
• Portion accuracy
• Snacking behaviour
• Sleep quality
• Stress levels
• Training load
Behavioural inconsistency is more common than metabolic slowdown.

How We Adjust
When change is required, we:
• Make small modifications
• Adjust carbohydrate exposure strategically
• Refine portions
• Assess training balance
We do not make aggressive reductions.
Intelligent refinement preserves metabolic stability.
