You don’t need motivation — you need support
Motivation is unreliable.
It comes and goes.
What actually changes bodies and lives is:

👉 accountability
👉 compassion when things wobble
Most women don’t struggle because they “lack discipline”.
They struggle because they’re trying to do this alone.
Support isn’t weakness.
It’s strategy.
If today feels flat, heavy, or messy:
• you’re still allowed to show up
• you’re still making progress
• you haven’t failed
Consistency doesn’t mean perfect weeks.
