When we feel this, we instinctively assume that the problem is our body, because we’re trying so hard to do all the right things. This is not so. Your body is built perfectly and no matter what you do to it that isn’t perfect, it will still prioritise returning to optimal health, optimal functioning and perfect balance. It just has to work harder and struggle more if you don’t nurture it the right way.
When automatic alignment, healthy functioning and easy weight loss don’t happen easily and naturally, it’s because something is out of balance and there is something(s) we’re not doing right. As soon as we give the body what it needs, it only takes a few days for the process to start to occur and for the body to fall back into alignment.
The problem isn’t your body or your test results, it’s not your poorly-functioning organs that aren’t working properly, your age or your past poor lifestyle, it’s what you’re giving to it and doing to it right now that isn’t working.

Very few people realise this, so are often left feeling like there is no hope for them or their body is permanently broken, which is so sad because this is just not true.
