Your life is consumed every day with all the things you need to do to remedy situations, to achieve more, to support others, to overcome the latest challenges.
Each day rushes by and when you hit the pillow late a night you have tackled another few issues, maybe faced a few new ones but you have made some progress because that’s what you do everyday.
But in the fleeting moment before you sleep you come back to yourself, probably for the first time that day and you know another day has gone by of neglecting your own needs in some way.
You tell yourself you’ll get to it, eventually. It’s fascinating how we can block out our own discomforts and needs because everything else is so consuming. The reason we can do this is habit. We’ve cope for the last few weeks, months, years, so we will cope a little longer. Until before we know it a decade has gone by!
The most frequent complaints I hear from the amazing ladies I talk to is discomfort, bloating, weight gain, anxiety, mind fog, unexplained moodiness, feeling down, cravings and exhaustion.

The word ‘nutrition’ comes from the Latin ‘nutrire’ which is ‘to feed’ or ‘to nourish’ and this is exactly what the correct protocol does. It nourishes and feeds the body with highly nutritious, real foods, full of goodness and energy. It also allows the body to digest then rest. When it’s right it allows our digestion to relax and find a calm, steady state to exist in at all times. When the digestive system reaches this condition, it releases different hormones which makes us feel different and causes the body to react differently. Internally you feel calmer, less anxious, you digest more efficiently and become more balanced at a cellular level. With more accurate balance and less inflammation your bloating goes away, your metabolism speeds us, your weight and body fat drop off, your energy increases, your cortisol drops, your sleep improves, your serotonin and dopamine increase and the mind fog completely disappears.
