This experience takes place privately on the Sunshine Coast.
Training sessions will be conducted outdoors and in controlled environments suited to assessment and execution
Workshops and planning sessions are held in my private office
Nutrition and food preparation sessions take place in my home kitchen to ensure real-world implementation
Daily recovery includes guided mobility work and sports massage using my professional massage STUDIO
Accommodation is not included. You’ll stay nearby and arrive each morning ready to work.
This is a working intensive, not a retreat. All environments are selected for focus, execution, and real-world application.
