WHAT IS THE EMOTIONAL CAUSE
What is your ‘Why’? There is an emotional drive behind all of us. Why we do what we do, why we want what we want, why we are where we are and why we feel as we feel. This relates to our struggles with weight loss, the goals and outcomes we’re striving for and the particular areas we struggle with on our journey, like motivation, sticking to a plan, comfort eating etc.
A lot is this stems from trauma, childhood conditioning and past hurt. But whilst this history is routed in pain, it is also what gives you the drive and purpose in all that you do.
What is yours? If we can tap into the origin, we can use it!
If you look forwards into the future and see your body completely transformed, your health and your fitness the best it’s ever been, what would that do for you? How would you feel? How would it change you? What would you do differently? How would your behaviours change? What doors would this open in your life?
If you can find your ‘Why’, you will understand your purpose, your reason and you will learn why it is so important for you to reach your ultimate body goals.
The power behind this is immense. Ask yourself all the questions, feel the feelings and find your why. Then harness that and let it be your power and drive behind every day of your journey.
